Sonoma’s Quality Features

This A/V cabinet comes with twin- and triple-rack options with two or three cabinet doors depending on the model number (see below for various model numbers and sizes). All of the Chameleon series A/V cabinets are 21.25 inches deep and are between 44 and 65 inches long that allow you to fit them into any room in your home. It has two interior height-adjustable shelves within all of the different sizes of the Salamander Design’s Chameleon series to fit your entertainment needs – from DVD players to stereo systems to gaming consoles.

It has a rock-solid framework and a gorgeous, clean look. The ‘smart’ and rigid aluminum frame comfortably supports the all solid wood doors that close and open with soft-close dampeners. Cooling air flow is never a problem with ventilation louvers built right into cabinet bottoms and ‘pinch-out’ easily removable rear panels allow for easy access for rearranging A/V hardware and wires whenever the need arises.

Salamander Design’s Chameleon series has a ‘smart’ aluminum skeleton. This rock-solid framework securely holds an array of high performance accessories while hiding them from view. The Chameleon series is rich with structural features that benefit from this hidden framework. From the ability to switch between different styles of footing – wheels or feet in wood or metal to add accessories like an IR repeater or cooling kit directly to the A/V cabinet frame without loss of structural integrity while holding all of your entertainment hardware.

Optional Accessories Make Chameleon Adapt to Your Living Space

	Cooling Kits enhance the air flow in your Chameleon. The Salamander Chameleon Active Cooling Kit uses thermostatically controlled fans to keep gear running cool. It replaces the rear cabinet panel of your Chameleon cabinet. Easy to install, the Active Cooling Kit replaces the standard rear panel of your Chameleon AV cabinet. Two integrated, thermostatically controlled fans regulate cabinet temperature. Please note the TV Mount cannot be used in conjunction with cooling fan kits on any Twin styles.	Flat Panel Mounts allow you to mount your TV to your Chameleon. Salamander Design’s Chameleon TV cabinets have clean styling that looks great with today’s flat panel displays. The Chameleon universal mounting system for flat panel TVs attaches securely to your Chameleon cabinet. It easily supports the majority of today’s large flat-panel TVs from 32-inches to 60-inches. The TV mount offers seven inches of height and angle adjustment. The built-in cable manager helps keep cords out of sight. Please note the TV Mount cannot be used in conjunction with cooling fan kits on any Twin styles.
	The IR Repeater does not interfere with Plasma TV performance, allows any handheld remote to control A/V components positioned behind Chameleon’s solid cabinet doors. It has four IR emitters, which can be expanded to eight for even more power to boost your signal. It comes with versatile mounting hardware and a wire manager for keeping everything in order.	Power Conditioner Unit and Bracket allows you to add a power conditioner to your Salamander Designs Chameleon AV cabinet that is simple to install and hidden when in place. This quality surge protector from Panamax filters AC current, while smoothing variations that can mar picture quality and diminish sonic fidelity. This power conditioner is a Panamax Premium Series designed to improve picture quality with patented power management and enhanced noise filtration. It mounts to any Chameleon Berlin, Geneva, Hampton, or Sonoma AV cabinet and features eight AC outlets, two CATV connectors, two pairs of satellite connectors, in/out telco connectors with phone line splitter, and an 8-foot power cord.
	Universal Media Pull Out Tray allows you to addmedia storage to your Salamander Designs Chameleon, Berlin, Geneva, Hampton, or Sonoma AV cabinet. Slotted to hold a selection of DVDs and CDs upright, the Chameleon Media Tray fits neatly behind a door. The Media Tray holds 111 CDs or 75 DVDs upright. It includes a media divider bar and rubber mat and mounts to the cabinet’s bottom shelf, one per opening.	Saturn Wheels are shapely but strong aluminum casters that allow you to move a Chameleon unit easily whenever the need arises. They lock securely when your furniture is in place. Saturn Wheels are available in sets of four or six to fit any Chameleon System.

The top shelf supports up to 350 lbs. Two height-adjustable interior shelves support 75 lbs. each.	Sonoma 236 Triple: Two doors flank a center segment with a removable grille-covered speaker opening above a media drawer. The Sonoma 236 is 64.75″ wide, 24.25″ high, and 21.25″ deep, with 19.75″ wide, 17.75″ high, and 18.5″ deep interior shelves. The top shelf supports up to 350 lbs. 	Sonoma 237 Triple: Simply-configured and harmonious, this Chameleon cabinet has three solid side-by-side doors.
